eBay trust and Safety concern

Is anyone having issues with this Department? They still have my account restricted. I have done everything they have asked and now they are requesting more:

"Please also allow us to explain what information we still need: 

- Documentation that shows that you purchased the Pandora charms and David Yurman bracelets recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacturer invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)"

This is impossible for me to provide as we do not buy from a Manufacturer. It is important to know that the items they are requesting manufacturer invoices for were listed on eBay as "used". I have been arguing this point with them for days now.

Any recommendations besides closing my account to solve this issue? This reminds me eerily of how Amazon started treating their Sellers.....

I'm glad you got it resolved but I wonder if part of your "issues" are because so many of your items are listed as "new" and that's why ebay is questioning them. (There are 18 current and 16 completed "new" Pandora items.)

I agree with your reasoning. All of our Pandora items are sealed in factory packaging. That is the only reason they were listed as new.  It still does not give them the right to assume that they are NOT authentic.

If they would have reached out to us and simply requested additional information, my store would not have been shut down and we would both have been making money.
