Your listings keep getting reported. If you keep relisting the shoes, you'll soon find your Ebay days behind you. Ebay will generally only give you a couple of times before suspending you.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Your listings keep getting reported - and it's not ebay employees reporting them.

We've had sellers come here complaining about vape gear getting removed too. Just a heads up.

I sure hope they didn't come from dhgate, cause if they did there's no way they're real. Only other thing that might get eBay off your case is possibly if you provided original proof of purchase.

Re: eBay thinks item is counterfiet

Vape gear is a banned on ebay item.  Inconsistant smoking laws being the reason.

OP, once you get one item pulled, your account is flagged and if you relist it of anything like it - ebay will pull it AND give you a policy violation and when you get three, you get booted off ebay as a seller.  But you will still be welcome to buy on ebay.

Re: eBay thinks item is counterfiet

I have the same issue with an Adidas jacket, they removed it without any explanation. Contacted them on Ebay, Facebook, no explanation given. I contacted ADIDAS and they were kind enough to look after the model and they confirmed it's genuine. I commented on Ebay's facebook, and they DELETED my comment instead of trying to sort things out. Ebay got to a whole new level of low, I'd recommend sell somewhere else (I will do the same after my current listing times expire).

Re: eBay thinks item is counterfiet

ebay has REAL present and past sellers on the forum here (including us trolls).  On facebook they have anybody and everybody that wants to stop by so they don't have to be any kind of responsible and, even if they give the impression they are, it will always be somebody's fault or limited content response available or 'Gee, I didn't see THAT or .... .
