eBay suspend all new accounts i register

eBay permanently suspend any account I try to register, today they suspended 3rd account I tried to make and as soon as they did it I can't contact customer service to get information about it. It just says that I got all information regarding it in the message, but that doesn't say anything specific. What is my options to do?

If you get permanently suspended, you can't make new accounts. Sorry, just policy.

I just spoke to customer service on the phone. The guy told me that I have 2 active accounts in my name and two suspended, which I explained to him that I made a new one because that one got suspended and there is no option to contact anyone. He said it's not against policy to have multiple accounts and I just need to get through verification process. I told him that eBay won't let me add my bank account info and there is always something wrong once click "confirm". Also he said he can't see any blocks or suspension on my personal name. So right now I'm super confused, eBay keep suspending accounts because it's in my actual name or because I don't provide enought information during registration?

eBay keeps suspending your accounts because you have accounts that are suspended, and you're not allowed to create new accounts while ANY of your current accounts are restricted or suspended.

It doesn't matter what information you provide during registration, you're not allowed to create any new accounts, at all.

Where are you located?

Ebay will continue to suspend any more accounts you try to create.  If you have been suspended once, you will continue to be suspended.  My suggestion is that you do not create another account.   You are no longer an ebay member and will not be able to sell or buy here ever again.  Customer service is not a reliable source for answers.  They are poor at best and most of the time their info is false and incorrect as they are not Ebay employees, but subcontracted help.

If your account is suspended, the answer is not creating another account.
It will get suspended too.

The answer is to contact ebay and find out WHY you were suspended
and what you have to do to get un-suspended.

That's what I'm trying to do but I do not get clear answer neither from their message nor from customer service. I do not see any fees I owe to eBay because all my balanced shows me $0.00. 

Kind of frustrating.

Will it be an option to enter eBay as LLC business instead?

Not an option.
If your account gets suspended you can't just register another account as a LLC. It will get suspended too.

True, I have seven accounts, four actively selling.

Do all of your names match exactly?

If your name is John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, you cannot have

a bank account as J J  Jingleheimer Smith ,

a Managed Payment account as John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith,

and an eBay account as JJJ Smith.

Do you have a checking account with a bank in your own country?

You will also be asked for your SSN or ITFN if you are a US resident, and other usually government issued ID if not.  I used my passport and DH used his driving license.

But Chat will give you a transcript which you can review to learn if what you heard is what you were actually told.

When eBay suspends an account they do not want to do business with that person/business ever.

Use Chat and ask what seems to be the problem.

Are the two active accounts set up with Managed Payments?
