I was surprised to learn this from a customer this week.
The return was past the 30 day return period and I had not rejected the return. I had 2 more days!!
Then I had to deal with the PayPal case on an OBVIOUS, Documented Buyer Remorse case.
So why do they offer the option if they are just going to have them open Fraudulent Cases on PayPal??
Probably late to the party but thought people should know.
