Does a foreign Seller have to have a US Address to sign on the US eBay site to Sell?
@chrysylys Yes, this might branch out in to more then one popic relating to Users in one country but trying to sell on another countiry's eBay site. Your item 2 probably best describes what my question was pertaining to.
