eBay shipping Customs issue

Had to do my first international shipment with a Customs form since the update and ran into an issue. I sell VERY lightweight items and the package was 2 ounces for 15 items. The Customs form would NOT let me zero out the weight as I have always been able to do. My only work around was by removing most of the slides from the form to get the "weight "  down. 

Come on eBay please fix this and the other shipping label issues or just roll it back to the format that ACTUALLY WORKED. Then work on issues that are truly broken instead of on items that are working fine.

You should be editing the form anyway to call it something more universally understood like photographs. I remember a seller who had a lot of problems because slides can translate to something sinister in certain languages.

99% of the time I just sent in a CD style mailer and label them as Family Photographs with my return address being my "Film Scanning Service" This time it was a larger purchase going to a Law office, Yep that's not happening LOL

For a law office I'd put a little contraband in the package as a free gift. If you do something highly illegal they usually assume you are also a lawyer and there is still honor among thieves in the time tested professions.
