eBay seller customer support is the worst

I can't believe how bad eBay is. When I need customer support I can't get a straight answer let alone accurate answers. I get the company wants to save money but these overseas agents are the worst. When I need help from Amazon their agents are always knowledgeable and helpful. If eBay isn't going to train their support properly then they should just get rid of support altogether. It shouldn't take multiple phonecalls to resolve what ended up being eBay's fault.

Honestly from what I've read in these forums people here are more intelligent and capable than eBay's own customer support. Granted I have not read every single post but I'm guessing the people here don't intentionally lie to other people.

I tune that out. Been on all sorts of forums. For many years. It's unavoidable.

Your kidding right:  Amazon agents are always helpful.   Lol that’s the biggest laughable joke I’ve ever heard omg.  Hahahahahaha.      While I agree ebay is laughable too, I can still get more done quicker here by sending in a case with the same wording 15 times and know I’ll get one who knows what I’m talking about.  On amazon it’s like talking to brick wall.

Have never ever had to deal with eBay CS, but I do understand from messages here that it's pretty unhelpful.

Here's a suggestion:  Come back here and ask your question.

Or, contact eBay through FB or Twitter.  My understanding is that the reps there are more knowledgeable and also have the ability, up to a limit, to fix things.

Yes, wasn't that lovely to wake up as you signed on?...That person who posted all that garbage has done it before and as long as they can continue to make a new ID after being removed, they will more than likely keep doing it.

I totally agree with. Ebay CS team with the their policy is just scam to sellers. The CS team manners are very rude and not knowledgeable.
