I checked under sold & current for 'Pasadena Tournament of Roses Commemorative pin set.' I did not see the item I was looking for. So, as usual, I went to Google. Guess what I found is available on eBay?! lol (7-pin framed set on the right.) eBay cannot show it to me, What if I was a buyer & wanted this item? Do not see it on eBay so I go elsewhere? Stop giving excuses for eBay's incompetency. Good luck to all. 🙂

Hiding doesn't mean it can't be found.
I have many things around the that are hiding. Basically meaning they are not where they are supposed to be
I have a lot of socks that are doing that somewhere in either the washing machine or the dryer. I know that because I have their mate.

I could have pointed out that the item doesn't ship to Canada
That could be the issue, if you used your Canada account.
Google searches do not have access to your registered eBay location like eBay does.
eBay tends not to show items to buyers that they cannot buy, probably because it reduces the chance of disappointment.

Over the years, I've seen 1000s of listings that do not show the option for shipping to Canada.

eBay has done a lot of things over the years that they no longer do now.
Over the years there used to be complaints from buyers that they could see items that they could not buy.
For instance, they used to make sellers wait longer than 4 days before they could cancel for non-payment.

You will see listings without shipping to Canada UNLESS Canada is on the excluded list. The listing that you are referring to does have Canada excluded which is why it didn’t come up on eBay search for you. I didn’t see it either until I changed my location to the US.
When a sellers specifies shipping to the US but doesn’t actually exclude other countries, those listings usually do show up in search to people on other countries.

That makes sense, honestly... just because a seller doesn't specifically offer shipping to a particular country doesn't mean they might not be willing to make it available if asked, whereas a seller who has actively excluded a country pretty clearly will not even consider shipping there.
