eBay says I need to ship a cancelled order. Why?

Buyer requested I cancel an order after they paid.  I complied and sent a refund to the buyer.

Why does eBay still say I need to ship the item?  This is stupid.

Why is eBay permanently broken?

In the Orders pane of the Seller Hub overview it says "* Info may not reflect latest changes.".

I noticed a few days ago an order that was not paid immediately was showing in Awaiting Payment, after it was paid it still showed in Awaiting Payment for about 24 hours (even though at the same time it was also showing in Awaiting Shipment).

All it means is that the Seller Hub overview page doesn't always update as fast as it should.

I think a lot of the current glitches will go away once all sellers are migrated to Managed Payments and the Seller Hub, Trying to run two completely different systems at the same time is no doubt driving the programmers crazy.

I have a refunded order from March still listed as "Past Due Need To Ship Now" that I Cant remove from my solds.

Yes it is way past 90 days Yet still listed as of now July 6,2021!

Managed Payments?  You mean previously we were using Unmanaged Payments? Ebay is a complete mess.

I've said this before and ill say it again.

How do some sellers get away with selling here without having a clue on how it works?

I'm blaming the seller for not knowing about managed payments .... which he is enrolled in.

Did you cancel the order, or just refund the buyer?
