eBay says I can't sell without PayPal - and shows that I have PayPal. What do I do?

I am trying to sell something on eBay for the first time in a long time.  When I click on the "list it" button,  I am given the message "Look like something is missing. Please fix any issues and try again."  This is followed by a link to "payment options."  When I click on "payment options."  the next screen reads, "To list this item, you need to accept PayPal...."  Below that is my PayPal e-mail address.  See attached image to view how this looks.  If I click on "save" and try clicking "list it" again, I get the same error message.  I feel like I'm in an unsolvable catch-22 situation.  How can I resolve this?

you cannot use paypal for a bank account anymore you haft to have a real bank account to receive payments it did it to me to put my account in and it worked

You need to contact PayPal about this mess.
