So, I have a business account for my LLC. I got my 1099K form back in Feb 1, 2022. But I notice instead of my business details. They added my personal details. My name and social, instead of my LLC name and EIN/TIN #.
Long story short... I have been calling messaging and contacting eBay as much as I can to get my revised 2021 1099K and they are simply refusing. They keep stalling and telling me lies like "your account wasn't verified at the time." "Please wait 5 days to get your new copy" "Please wait 10 days" "Please wait 20 days..."
At this point its getting ridiculous. Should I contact the IRS and let them know whats going on? Every other platform I use, updates my forms INSTANTLY. eBay however apparently has a external team that handles this and now I only have a few more days left to file and I am getting worried I may not make it in time. What should I do.
Refusing to give me my forms on time should be illegal right?

This exact scenario is outline on this IRS help page:
What should I do when the total gross payment amount shown on Form 1099-K does not belong to me?
As far as being "illegal," eBay has issued you a 1099-K by the January 31 deadline. I'm not sure what deadline applies to issuing you a corrected form, but did you not notice it before this? Like January 31 or February 1?
If push comes to shove, file for an extension. I file for one every.single.year.

If they issued a 1099 with your personal SSN you must have given them that information when you registered for Managed Payments. When did you switch to the LLC?

At this late stage in the game yes you need to contact the IRS. EBay has no doubt submitted the 1099's to the IRS so either they correct and resubmit to the IRS or you are going to have some extra work when yu got to prepare your personal and business taxes.

You did not say if you file a regular 1040 with Schedule C like a sole proprietor would? Or a separate business tax return as an LLC? If 1040 / Schedule C can you just go with your SSN on Schedule C instead of your EIN. This may be a possibility for you. Since they likely already sent you info the the IRS is may be the path of least resistance.
But if you really need to file a business tax return for a number of valid reasons then I sure hope you can get a revised 1099-K soon. Best of luck to you.

So just file the return under your social instead of EIN/TIN, problem solved. You can't just change the 1099 info, as its already been submitted to the IRS.

Thank you all for the advice. I need to submit this as an LLC and not 1040 with Schedule C. I will contact eBay a couple more times. Then call the IRS and request an extension.

I have been trying to get this fixed since Feb 1.

You don't have to call the IRS to get an extension. You can do it all online. And you don't "request" it--you just file the extension. The IRS doesn't approve it or deny it. Many states accept the federal extension form, as well, so check online to see whether your state is one of them. You must include an estimated payment with your extension to avoid penalties, so you'll want to research that as well.
Read all about it on the IRS website here: Extension of Time To File Your Tax Return
Good luck!

Did you solve your problem right now?
We have the same problem right now. We received 1099K that name is our owner's name and our company's TIN. we filed an income tax return as a company not 1040 of our owner. eBay sent us a notification that indicated our name and/or Taxpayer Identification Number (“TIN”) on your eBay account do not match IRS records.
