eBay please STOP fussing with the platform. I've been waiting for Q4 all year to recover my paycheck

I ask of you this each year-PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE  leave the platform alone October 1 through February 14. 

Why eBay must you fuss and mess with the platform during Q4? We have been waiting all year to recover our paychecks. This year has been the worst year ever (for me). Please stop tweaking and changing things until after Feb 14th. Please help me to earn a living wage by allowing me to focus on listing new inventory and not fixing and fussing with things you feel need to be tweaked today. Unless it is a matter of cyber security please leave the platform alone. 

I absolutely loved logging on today and seeing that you had reclassified 38 items sometime in the past 7 hours. Ironically enough, most of these items went live less than a week ago on October 8th. So...thanks for that. They are fabulous listings with beautiful photographs housed in categories not even remotely close to what the item is. Oh, brother.

I understand you want to be relevant and compete with the other online houses - but I need money and I choose you for my eCommerce company. I need money today. I need to pay my bills, I need to eat, I need to cover my mortgage, my warehouse rent, and my overhead. You are breaking my heart.

I hear you and we're as frustrated and heading toward living under a bridge as you are.

But, if you've been around since 1999, you must know that eBay does this EVERY YEAR. Fall Updates are Christmas killers.

They consider it a delayed April Fools joke.

Yes.  We too are thinking similar words to what you wrote.  I was so upset yesterday.  Today have moved into beat down mode and tomorrow will be full on, disgust. 

And all of it only  affects "us" as e-Bay will do, what e-Bay will do.  Sellers be darned.  Really sad, honestly.  We too have bills that are due soon (quarterly taxes tomorrow) and so many others are thinking the same things and wondering how viable this really will be for them, their businesses they have patiently tried to continue to develop on this site.  

Unfortunately, e-Bay does not read these forums -- they should.  These are real lives and livelihoods that are being messed with.  e-Bay is making business decisions and Seller (and Buyers too) are caught up in the shrapnel.    

Waiting to see how quickly things can re-align, but with sales so off due to PLA Beta launch and now this, realistically, it won't be in a few days.  Will it be weeks?  months?  Guess we'll get to figure that out together.

I sell in clothing and last year ebay decided to target us with their item specifics fiasco.  I would not mind so much if they were actually making improvements but as history shows, ebay clearly does not.  When they pulled this stunt last year with clothing, my sales were non existent and we the sellers had to manually correct ebays errors.  Hold on to your hat as it will be a wild ride
