I do not understand why eBay is not taking action on really bad sellers on the platform their is guy selling hacked saves for Nintendo switch’s game asking people for email and password and eBay has not taken any actions against them, then there is another account selling hacked digital in game items with Pokémon making thousands. I thought this was against the tos of eBay. I reported them several times no action is being done against them. is there a special team I got contact? To report because it getting nowhere

Maybe not enough reports for eBay to take action, or they may still be investigating.
I'm sure there are thousands of policy infringement reports daily, so it may take time,

You should notify the company that holds the trademark and they force EBAY to take action against them.

Right? 10's of thousands and getting worse every day. I see this a lot especially with a lot of international sellers. I'm surprised these companies that hold the rights haven't acted more aggressively. My guess is that may be to come.
Happy Selling & Happy Mew Year! 😸

I think they are cracking down, but with millions, maybe billions being listed and sold, probably hard to stop. One gets busted, and 10 more start selling them. Who wouldn't want to play all day and make money?

Since you're selling the same items, they probably think you're trying to get rid of your competition.

Hi, sorry for your frustration.
When it comes to reporting a policy violation, eBay requests (in the body of text in the “report this item” page) that only one report be made per violation, per reporter.
Multiple reports by the same reporting member, particularly if they are a competitor, does not increase the chance of action by eBay, and could decrease it. Competitor reports will carry less weight than, say, single reports from different user members.
One can be driven to distraction while waiting and expecting eBay to act. eBay does not practice transparency in its dealings, and will not publicize or share its corrective measures when sanctioning a buyer or seller. It is likely you will never know when or what eBay does if taking steps based on your reports.
My advice going forward is to make single reports on violations, but then let it go. Sellers are better served by concentrating on their own business at hand rather than waste time and energy worrying about what other sellers are (or are not) doing. We cannot fix what they do wrong, but can effect change in our own horizons.
