I am having a problem with Amazon third party sellers lying about reason for returns. eBay is charging me an extra 5% fee for excessive returns. I have called 4 times and asked to speak to a supervisor and have been promised a call back in 24-48 hours. Three weeks and no call back. How can I get to talk to someone who has the authority to solve this problem. I have sold thousands of the same item with 100% feedback. Why if items are defective or not as described do I not get negative feedback from these sellers? I have been selling on eBay for 23 years you would think I would get a response but so far all efforts have fallen on deaf ears.

I'm stuck on the "Amazon third party sellers" part. What do these sellers have to do with your returns?

You can't talk to a Rep, but the best eBay C/S now will quickly respond to you via intelligible emails if you start with a message on the eBay facebook page. These Reps have the ability and resources to offer actual service. Good luck.

They sell his stuff on Amazon. The Amazon buyer returns it to the third party seller. Then the third party seller returns it to snearch. The Amazon seller is basically out his shipping, not the cost of the product. The eBay seller is out shipping X2 and the product (because it's probably ruined) AND the seller gets demerits on his account.

Hi, Amazon sellers list my items on Amazon, when they sell they order from me on eBay and have me ship to their purchaser. I have blocked many of these sellers but are hard to stop they use many different names for there eBay accounts.

So??? That's the cost of using this convoluted process.

Hi,
Thanks I will give it a try.

A few suggestions that might help overall.
If the resellers make money buying from you, why are your prices so low? You seem to be leaving money on the table.
Personally I would be enclosing a packing slip with every order that gives my name /eBay ID and notes the price I charged. Your eBay customers will be happy. His AZ customers will be annoyed- and not at you.
Are you only refunding on return? No Returns does not mean No Refunds, but if you have that policy you can still demand the return before refunding.
And of course, are the return requests within the 30 days from delivery? You can ignore those that are late. And if the AZ reseller is paying you with Paypal and disputes through them, PP requires the buyer to pay for reshipping.
When the product returned is Not As Described (that is, it was damaged by the recipient), you can appeal the NAD return and refund. I'm not sure of the process, but there is one.
The Facebook reps are well -trained and have authority.

And you get a transcript of your conversation which allows you to review what was said and compare it to what you think was said.

So? This is a business to person transaction. Not a business to business. No one here, that I am aware of, has agreed to get into business with any of these drop shippers. Besides, this isn't how drop shipping even works.
The MBG is for you buying something and the guarantee to stand behind it. This type of sale involves a third person. If the Amazon seller gets an empty box claim, should the person on eBay that sold them the item, also have to pay for that too?
The eBay seller is not seeking out these amazon sellers. They didn't enter into any kind of contract. The third party drop shipper is stealing from eBay sellers.

You want to mess with and get rid of Amazon drop shippers? Here is one fine way to get their accounts bounced off Amazon:
Use eBay labels/tape/boxes. ALWAYS make sure the items drop shippers are buying, are marked with eBay promo stuff. ALWAYS include a packing slip and your eBay store info.
One buyer gets something like that and complains, I'm pretty sure Amazon will shut down their accounts. I had one drop shippers account shut down over there, because what I ordered came from Sam's Club, in Sam's packaging. It's against the rules. Most likely you are dealing with foreign accounts on Amazon. All they do is mark stuff up and stick the eBay seller with the returns. I'm sure Amazon would be just as happy to see these people gone.
Personally, I don't mind selling to drop shippers, so long as they take responsibility after it leaves my hands. I know I get a few sales a year to them on various older items. I also sell overseas with another large company here on eBay (AirAmerica), that reships. Never had an issue with either type.

You are right, and eBay explicitly rejects this kind of "retail arbitrage".
These resellers should be Reported to eBay as often as possible.
Then eBay can deal with the problem.
Hmmm- I think eBay actually forbids the opposite practice, selling goods that the eBayer does not have in stock, and supplying them more cheaply from AZ or WalMart. So now I am less sure that eBay would be interested in the practice.
However, eBay does not stand behind the Money Back Guarantee when the item is forwarded. So that is another arguement to take up with the Chat or FaceBook reps.

This happened to me before. Ebay and amazon would not help, they gave me the "it's okay joe" routine, "everyting is sunny". I took matters into my own hands. At first it's hard to convince a bunch of commies over at amazon I want my pictures removed. I saw how deceitful these sellers are as they had to assign a upc to my products they were claiming as their own. I must of filed 2 or 3 dozen DMCA take down notices against these foreign sellers. They got in trouble with amazon and were begging me to tell amazon I was dropping the copyright claim. Just to toy with them I asked them how much they had? They were willing to pay me to rescind my complaint. I ignored them. After a few weeks they dried up and went away. Now that was a long time ago. corporations are stepping all over us these days. You might have more trouble now.

I don't think the items are being forwarded. These Amzon sellers are using the OP as a drop shipper. Purchase item and deliver to the buyer's address direct.
That is why I thought your idea of popping in a note with all the eBay info on seller and price is awesome.
