eBay motors sale ad not showing

Hey guys. Posted an ad yesterday in eBay motors for a truck I’m selling. Still not showing up. Even when searching for the specific item #. Any help?

I see the Chevy truck listing in Motors just fine when looking at your listings via search
https://www.ebay.com/sch/paperchaser7684/m.html

When I do a general keyword "best match" search for 1984 Chevrolet Silverado it shows up as the first result, If I do the search using my default "ending soonest" filter, it is lost in 1000's of car parts.

A search for 84 Chevrolet Silverado and again it's lost in a sea of parts until I drill down to the Cars & Trucks subcategory using the left nav tree. 1984 Chevy Silverado however appears as the first result.

It looks like eBay has messed up and made search difficult in the Motors side of the site also.

You have 80 characters of room in the title. Use them to help buyers find it. "1984 Chevrolet C-10 Silverado Truck Black 84 Chevy Pickup"

Thanks!  I finally was able to talk to support, they told me to call back in 24hrs. Maybe 10 mins after I got off the phone with them it was pulling up on search by title and auction #. Not sure what happened. But it’s working now. Thanks a lot!

Sure thing!

I still recommend using more of the 80 available characters in the title field to include more keywords like 84 and Chevy and Truck and Pickup so more buyers can find it using different keyword combinations (like 84 Chevy Pickup)

As I said, if I search for "84 Chevy Silverado" or "84 Chevrolet Silverado" it is buried in parts, many buyers won't know to navigate to the Cars&Trucks sub-category, and will just assume there are none of those trucks listed on eBay.

Good luck.
