Just got this message after selling a few things to someone -
"We had to cancel bids and purchases on the following item(s) for the buyer, [buyer's ID], because they were made without the account owner's permission. Please note that we're working with the account owner to prevent any additional unauthorized activity."
The items were paid for because it was a buy it now with immediate payment. I'm unsure on whether or not I need to manually refund the buyer, or if it's going to end up happening automatically.
At the end of the message it says this -
- Don't communicate with the buyer directly.
- If the buyer requests refunds or additional payments, don't send any money without contacting eBay first.
Confused. The money is still in my Paypal account. Item has not been shipped.
