Not cover for seller, I posted sell about the Apple Watch in local US, but buyer request who is from China, so I would sell it out for this buyer, and send the usps international service and now I case, buyer not received this watch, so request refund, I would reply to buyer about informations tracking number, and now in condition, but eBay will be decision about refund money to buyer, in this case I lost my own watch in selling and I lost money refund to buyer, I catch loss of 2 defect item lost and money lost
so I feel not good in seller. In eBay,

China is not a place you should be selling to.

Yea, right when I heard that (China) a red flag popped up. Sorry to let the OP know after the fact, but a high priced tech electronic item with an International buyer is a really bad combination. Especially if it's a process you aren't familiar with to ship/sell to.

Very sorry this happened to you.
I'm sorry, I had a bit of trouble following your post. Was there tracking and did it show delivery? If it showed delivery, then you need to appeal the decision. Below is a link on how to appeal eBay's decision. I sincerely hope your money is returned to you, but don't get your hopes up.
You have 30 days to appeal, so carefully prepare your evidence. Follow the instructions closely for the best chance. In the future, I would not sell high dollar items internationally. Some countries are safer than others, but it is risky nonetheless. In fact, selling online is a risky venture altogether. I am very sorry you discovered this the hard way.

No, I'm still selling, but I don't sell anything that would attract scammers.
Ebay isn't a place to sell some items now, to risky.
