eBay is filtering the feedback profile now

So I had 9440 feedback... then one more showed up, I went to look, but can't see a new one there.

Then I realized in the past 90 days it's showing like 10 feedback total, and then it says they are all over 90 days old. I noticed they picked all the very long feedback to show everyone and filtered all the seemingly irrelevant ones.

On my phone I can see more feedback and see the irrelevant ones... I can't seem to turn the filter off on my desktop computer. Even when I select "12 months" it shows me 2000 out of 3200 feedback in total.

Why do they have to keep "fixing" things?

Lot of Changes Today- 

Feedback is all messed up - When I check mine it shows 2 feedbacks and everything else says its all over a year old below those 2. I now I have had over 50 in the past week

No wonder I thought I had several like over 15 of the same feedback comments from one buyer but when I went to look it only showed one feedback from that buyer. This seems like a dumb move as you really pride yourself to get the feedback in the first place. Then they condence it, no good at all.

When I clicked on this month's feedback, it still didn't show me anything in order (per suggestion in the other thread). It's no big deal to me, it's just odd. Etsy was trying to do the same thing, in their case scrambling feedback to try to match product listed to feedback given for similar products. Not sure where that stands on Etsy at this point.

Maybe they're making room for all your buyers to post pictures.

Hey... I've said it before and will say it again... they are either doing what I am about to suggest, or they SHOULD do what I am about to suggest.

Utilize AI to scan positive feedback, and supress all the boring mundane menial feedback. Put your GLOWING and paragraph-long positive feedbacks at the top and shove all the "good", "great", "thanks", "👍" and such to the bottom. It's very simple, you always see sellers lr businesses trying to highlight their best feedback/reviews, it's a very common and logical practice. Why shouldn't EBay have such an AI tool working to do that for it's sellers. Thats such a simple and beneficial concept.

At  least they added a new drop down option to filter it back.  They love to keep us busy clicking.

Probably just changing it so sellers can no longer see feedback left for others, the only tool we have for knowing which buyers are potentially bad. And which buyers are definitely bad.

eBay has all of the data, but they will never give sellers a choice to block buyers who leave excessive negative FB or open excessive return requests.

The main thing I look at on feedback profiles is "left for others" and I see that seems to be missing in action now. 

As far as my feedback goes, I checked regularly to see if my recent shipments arrived safely so I can relax a bit.   Of course, they decided to make that an extra click to find recent posts now.

Which fits the long-term business objective of making life worse for sellers on a regular basis, ruining eBay permanently and parachuting out with millions of dollars.

Now that it's a jumble, how do I view my most recent feedback? It's currently showing FB from 1-4 weeks ago.

The view stays the same when I use the dropdown options for All / 1 month / 6 months / 12 months.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but that's what happens when there are dumb changes.

Because they allowed incompetent people to make important decisions based on a theory  rather then testing or consulting competent people. Thats my guess

Should have mentioned in my post above that I was using desktop. No "sort" function, although I read there is that capability on mobile. Once again, eBay is inconsistent across devices/platforms.

I like to see my latest FB, not this mess.

But why am I not surprised. I've hated leaving FB ever since they changed the leave FB page to not be in the order sales were made.
