I would like to question my recent invoice from eBay but I cannot find how to do this. To put it in a nutshell, I was selling a car and a buyer inadvertently pressed buy it now instead of send an offer, he asked me to cancel the order, which I did, then his dad did the same, in the end they pulled out of the deal and I had to cancel and relist once more. My invoice shows credits for the final value fee but no credits for the insertion fee. I think this is unfair as it was not my fault that I had to relist twice. How can I ask eBay to credit the two unnecessary insertion fees?
