Twice eBay has sent notifications to my email that they were unable to reach me due to a out of date phone number (how did they know it was out of date?), it was a phone number that I changed over 3 years ago and aslo removed it from my eBay account. Yet eBay still pulls it up as my phone number. I think I know why, everytime I change my password my personal setting have reverted back to what they were the day I signed up almost 10 years ago. eBay is staffed with workers who aren't able to handle complex thinking (both foreign and American workers are as bad or worse these days) and ebay is beginning to fail. The same can be said about Amazon and every other major online retailer and sales outlet. These online businesses will never last as long as brick and mortar stores did because none of their employees are held accountable or are interested in doing a good job.
