eBay has always had glitches. They have admitted a few but by and large they do not and vrery often do not fix them for some reason or another. Here is another one to add to the list. Many sellers checked "will not accept offers" as an option. A eBay glitch is the random switch to the option " seller will accept offers" in your listings. You can check in your
"Manage active listings"
section and you will see the number of listing for the number of "accept offers" in your listings. We check once per week.
Another glitch which is a real problem is when eBay ends active listings at random when they are set to BIN GTC . Current eBay policy is to roll over each 30 days GTC listings. We always have unused listings every month but for the past couple of years , eBay has dropped , at random, GTC active listings. They will send you a "sorry your item did not sell" email and send the listing to your inactive pile rather than automatically renew the listing . That policy change caused quite a stir back then as we recall. That policy change seemed to be working fine when 1st started then the glitches started. Same thing happened when old sold listing started to appear as items still for sale on the eBay site which has caused many sellers problems .
In a change made this year in the shipping section, there is a random switch error that started , that eBay actually admitted is occurring . Has not been fixed as yet. We have seen comments by many sellers.
In the meantime, there are more changes coming
