I had a listing an sold 4 of the same item to a buyer. I used eBay discount shipping idea to charge $4.50 for first item and $1 for each additional for a total $7.50. eBay charges me selling fees on the shipping of course. But they charged me fees on $18 shipping. They had the shipping as 4 x $4.50. I talked to rep who asked supervisor. They did not understand why I was upset !!!! Are they that incapable or just stone walling ????
I'm a newbie seller so forgive me, but did they pay $18? If they paid $18 and you shipped for less, you still got to pay fee for the rest of the $$$ you got from them...
