eBay error?

I am wondering if anyone else is having problems. I received an email telling me I made a sale of 135.00. So when I go to the eBay page, it is not there! I can not contact the buyer to tell her why it has not been shipped. I have sent messages to eBay to contact me, but they haven’t. Do any of you have suggestions?

If it's just an email and not showing in your seller hub, I would wait.

Have you examined that email carefully to make sure it's not a fake?

When a sale happens on eBay, it will appear as an order in the seller hub. 

If it does not appear in the seller hub, there is a good chance the email was a scam.

I don't pay any attention  to emails.   I view everything through my seller hub or notification via the app

@gilleyst_0 : Which of your listings is it supposed to be? Did you recognize the item?

I do not see a sale of yours more recent than May 5, nor do I see a current listing priced at $135. Are you saying that the listing itself has entirely vanished, or can you find it on your Sold items page?

Did you get a copy of that email on the Messages page of your eBay account? Did you click any links within that email message?

You should see your sales in the Seller Hub, under Orders Awaiting shipment.   Or if it wasn't paid for it would be in the Orders Tile but under Awaiting Payment.
