I have listed an antigen self test kit. This kit has an FDA Emergency Approval and does NOT require a prescription (it is listed on Amazon, CVS, etc.).
Yet listing has been remove citing eBay's Medical devices Policy. This policy says :
The following items CAN be sold:

reach out on Facebook eBay for business or twitter
Never expect contacting contracted CS to know the rules

It happens. I have had it happen to me a few times over the years. The most recent that they canceled a small keypad controller citing the prescription policy. I just chuckled that an organization this large is that poorly run that they don't have the brains to know that a keypad controller does not require a prescription. The piece of equipment it went to does not even require a prescription.
I listed it on my webstore instead and it sold in three weeks (listed on ebay for over 2 years and couldn't sell it).
The coolest part of this story is that it was purchased to use as a prop in the upcoming season 3 of the series "For All Mankind" on Apple TV.

good luck where ever you go: its going to get removed for unapproved seller or medial prescription what ever you do...

I'd expect it to be pulled. Medical tests and devises tend not to last here.

If it's a covid test kit it's not allowed to be sold on ebay. That was confirmed by an ebay employee in this recent thread (see message 4 of 6):
