My sales slowed a little the past few weeks but seem to be picking back up this week and weekend have been good. I try to add at least 5 or 10 listings a day if I don't list for a few days my sales drop off.

I made a sale for $100 and right after that they shut the power switch off. Makes no sense

I'm not sure why it doesn't make sense to you.  There usually is a starting point and an ending point to stuff.  Just like when it rains on the other side of the street but not on your side.

Selling on the internet can be a really complicated ride sometimes.  When you think things should be good they aren't.  But hopefully it will change very soon.  That is my hope anyway.

I do too but I am not counting on it. In October there are lots of library sales around here. People will buy tons of books and most of them send them to Amazon. There will be a massive glut of books. I am going to one very big sale and expect to buy a lot. For the first few hours they say no scanners so the dealers hang back until they are allowed. Meanwhile I go in and buy a whole lot of books. I have enough experience that I can tell what books are worth buying.

I hope that gives relief to people whether or not they buy online.

I thought you were trying to sell down your stock?

I'm not sure how climbing inflation can accomplish this, but I too hope that our holiday sales are  terrific.  My guess is September inflation rates will continue to climb.  I would love to be wrong.  I hope I am wrong.  But it isn't what I'm seeing with prices for most things around where I live.

I see nothing in your listing which says this item is going to sell quickly. Nothing which says within a month, or two or even six.

That is not to say that they are inferior or lacking in quality.

If someone who wants them sees the listing, and can afford them, they might buy or they might watch them, check out the competition and then decide whether to buy.

But I do not see anything that hoards of people are going to be shopping for.

You have about 250 listings which is not enough to generate consistent sales when selling one ofs. Your 20% sell through in 90 days is not bad.

Have you tried sending offers to your watchers, coupons, or promoted listings on or off here? That may help.

I hate to be the negative Nancy in the group, but I'm actually surprised that nobody has mentioned it before and that is your feedback. As a buyer, I would hesitate to buy anything from you because it looks like items are not securely packed for shipping and some of those charges are rather high. Nobody wants to pay $15 for shipping and then have it arrive broken. You really need to work on protecting your items when shipping and turn those negs into pos.

Your store looks nice, as do your photos so get them in front of potential buyers! Good luck to you!
