I have been selling on eBay.com and want to switch, i.e., sell on eBay.fr internationally. In trying to do so it said I have problem with Payment, Shipment and returns, but when I clicked on compose, it could neither write or paste anything. Then I clicked personalize, looked but did nothing and click on register, and it seemed to go through with no error messages.
I can translated the English from .com to French using google translate, so that is not a problem. I just can't seen to correct those error fields. Any ideas. eBay seller i.d. is 1hotrj.

If you are shipping on the site you are not registered on there are a couple of quirks.
You must sell in the country whose site you are using.
You must sell in the currency of the country whose site you are using.
You must use Flat Rate Shipping- because you are not able* to ship using La Poste and Calculated Shipping.
Oddly you do not have to list in the language of the site.
BTW- you can also list on ebay.ca.fr -- which is the Francophone Canada site. These also show up on dotFR. You would still not be listing in USD (you'd be using our loonie) nor could you use Calculated Shipping unless you have a way of crossing the border and shipping with Canada Post.
In addition, you could just add France as a destination from your dotCOM account. Then you can use Calculated Shipping.
Put the title in French since that is what most buyers use to Search.
French buyers will see your prices in euros.
Also, consider adding the Global Shipping Program which is a Seller Protection for shipping internationally (and despised by all us true Canadians).
* If you are warehousing in France, you can use Calculated Shipping. Just as many Chinese sellers warehouse in California and ship from there using USPS.

You are in French Polynesia. I don't think many of us can help you.

I went to eBay.fr, clicked on ‘sell’ and was able to fill out the different fields do I’m not sure why you couldn’t type anything in.
You said that you clicked on register....you were trying to register on the .fr site? You can use the same ID that you use here without having to register.
For payment do you have your PayPal email address entered on the listing form? Is your PP account enabled to accept payments in Euros?
