eBay changing my default shipping policy in listing started around middle of July

I just started noticing around middle of July that eBay is changing my default shipping policies on my listings from a newer one to a really old one. This is happening specifically for USPS media mail and USPS ground advantage.  I opted out of passing shipping discount to buyer but can't see that it would have any effect on this situation. 

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

IDK what happened, but if you are seeing they are providing shipping discount to be given to the buyer, change it back.  Maybe it had something to do with the recent rate changes for GA and Media Mail.  But just change it back and keep a close eye on it so you can fix it if it happens again and then get it reported to Ebay.
