I have called ebay several times and with no results. I have set up a promotion that if the purchase of posters is over 100.00 then shipping is free. I have 2 customers right now that have sent me emails saying that when they put the posters in the cart it does not deduct the shipping. I have lost several potential sales because of this issue and this means ebay is also losing their fees. I don't get why they won't help me resolve the problem.
I have spent hours calling but they' don't seem to understand. Very frustating.
