eBay bulk edit listing tool not saving description

Does anyone have this problem?

you go to your selling dashboard and click active listings.. 

you select edit and choose to edit all listings.

You edit the listing descriptions and paste your template and click save and go to the next and repeat. When you’re done, you submit all changes. You review them and nothing was changed to most of them. 

am I the only one experiencing that?

I went 'round on this recently. Wanted to change prices, description and holding time on all my items. First tried using File Exchange but that didn't work. Member @shipscript kindly walked me through the process and all went OK from there. Here is the link to the thread. HTH.
