eBay bilking $0.01 out of each customer who combines shipping!

I had 2 auctions and shoved both into a $8.55 USPS padded shipping envelope.  Instead of charging me $0.87 (which is ridiculous that eBay charges for a cost!), eBay separated the one-bag $8.55 into $4.30 for one auction, and $4.30 for the other.  [$8.55/2 = $4.275, so eBay rounded both up to $4.30 for each.]  Then eBay charged me $0.44 per auction for a total of $0.88 instead of the $0.87 which should be the (horrible) fee.  So, eBay duped me out of $0.01 for this sale.

Only a penny?  Multiply that by "1.3 billion eBay listings" and it's $13 million more for eBay unfairly obtained.

Ebay is doing it intentionally and won't fix the issues when confronted with them.  Theyu also wouldn't help me set my auctions up so customers could request a total.  It used to be that way when I started on ebay and somehow got changed by them at some point.  Most likely to encourage overpayment so the fees get run up.  For that they are being unethical,  especially in regards to not refunding fees when sellers do the ethical thing and refund the overage.
