I wonder if anyone else has encountered this. It just started happening this morning.
I’m on the eBay iPhone (iOS) app, and I find a listing that I want to use to “sell one like this.“
When I click on the button that says “sell one like this,”, I get the following message on my phone:
i’m able to complete the listing on a web browser window that opens on my phone.
Up until now, I’ve been able to do this using the app, without any redirection to a browser.
ETA: this is now happening, regardless of what sort of change I want to make to any existing listing. I am using an iPhone 16.

Same issue on the current version of the app on Android on my newest phone, but on my other phone that I have not updated the app on it's working as usual, I've been listing all morning on that one.

There is an intended change in the UK and I don't think it's supposed to impact US sellers, but US sellers on Android are reporting this problem.
Temporarily you can use a browser on your device to complete your draft, or you can opt out of business policies if you don't want to use them. This problem just popped up late last night and I'm hoping eBay will address it today.
In the meantime, shake your device while the app is open to file a tech report.

Thank you!
Now that I have gotten a haircut and gone grocery shopping, the app is working properly. 😁

As far as I can tell, this was only affecting sellers that had excess business policies; policies not assigned to any listings.
The issue was fixed a couple hours ago so anybody that was waiting to list or make edits should be good to go.
