i got an email from ebay that i could start selling. But i still have a doubt about my payoneer account. they didn't ask for any verification but it hasn't ticked the account ready part. should i start listing or wait any verification.

It looks like that your Payoneer account was successful with being attached to your ebay account.  However, it takes weeks to be approved to sell, so you can't sell just yet.  Wait for Ebay to send you a message stating you're all set to sell.   That hasn't transpired as of yet.

It's a helpful tool to teach you what you need to know to be a seller on ebay.  Good luck should you choose to enroll.
