eBay seem to have an endless number of teams. Is there an official list of these teams anywhere? Is it possible to contact a team directly? Say for instance the Ads Team.
If you are looking for help with a problem, try asking on one of the community forums. If you are looking to make suggestions, eBay doesn't take unsolicited suggestions.
There's no list or email addresses available........ Understandably.........they'd probably be inundated with questions/comments, etc. You can"pick up" some emails when they post or from Monthly chat.....some will answer, some won't.
