Unless I'm missing something, what is the advantage to having an eBay Store? Some of the most important things are visiblity, recognition, and repeat business due to the first two things I mentioned.
I may be missing something, but it doesn't look like storefronts are visible on mobile devices. Maybe I don't have something set up correctly? The storefront visiblity carries a lot of weight, in my opinion. It lets buyers know that you are more serious about your sales and service as opposed to a bedroom seller. Is the non-visibilty a fact, or just something I'm missing?

Storefronts aren't visible in mobile. I have a store, anyway. I like having the markdown manager, the ability to do promotions and the ability to hide or suspend listings. I run a full time, buy three get free shipping deal on all my cookbooks. Can't do that without a store, at least not automatically lol Besides, only about a third of my buyers are mobile, so I'm still catering to the majority of my buyers. As to visibility, having a store doesn't mean a thing as far as search results. It is good if you have someone who wants to browse your store categories, but any buyer has the ability to browse all of a seller's listings anyway (just not categorized)

Seems counterproductive and archaic. eBay have themselves stated that the bulk of the sales are being done on mobile devices. Yet, the full list of store feature are only available on your PC?
