eBay Please Stop Checking International Shipping On My Listings

This is a old topic but PLEASE STOP. When I relist a item or make a new listing I have to uncheck the International Shipping option. If I wanted to ship international I can check that option. I do not need your help. 

 I was making some new listings and noticed some changes in the sign-in process and loading pictures. I realize your programmers have to do something to justify their job but everything they do seems a step backward not forward. I believe they make changes that are not necessary, if it is not broke then leave it alone.

Try going into shipping preferences and see what is selected - exclude where you won't ship.  I think it's set up to ship all over the place by default and unless you change it.

I have always blocked the countries where I do not ship but If INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on the listing is checked will that override my blocked list?
