eBay Payment Account is Restricted ?

Hello Guys,

Please I need help, First I Hope everything is going well with you, I was very happy until I got a message from eBay yesterday Feb 15 about; ...My payouts are currently on hold because my eBay payment account is restricted. A U.S. Court has directed eBay to freeze my account... I m very afraid what i have done i have no idea please what can i do? I didn't t sell any brand items for the Plaintiff Company XXXXX I checked all my listed items theres not such name of the company or there products. I m writing this message to you and tears in my eyes because I have never done anything wrong in selling on eBay since 2015. You can check my account status. I m not a bad person. Please now I m asking you guys anyone was in this situation can help me if this problem can be solved what I should do. I m very afraid to lose my account or be in trouble. I m not a bad person. Please Please Help me I m begging you. 😞

You're located in Morocco and you are drop shipping items from China that may be fraudulent.  Those smart watches are more than likely counterfeit.  Drop shipping is a very risky way to get your account suspended if you're not careful, especially they are fakes.  My suggestion is you go to this help link and contact Ebay customer service, as this is just a question and answer forum:

You have a neutral feedback alleging that an item you sold isn't authentic. 

Is it possible that others of your listings aren't authentic either?

     As others mentioned this probably has to do with copyrights. I am not sure what the plaintiff xxxx company name is but it does not necessarily have to be the name. If the design looks like it is a copy or a replication of a brand name product and there just happens to be another name slapped onto the counterfeit that is illegal. For example you cannot have a Rolex look alike watch and simply post it as a ABC Watch. I am guessing there is enough similarity between some of the products you are selling and name brand products that are protected by copyright. 

     China is infamous for pulling this kind of counterfeiting they are also pretty much outside the reach of the US legal system however even if they were not you are the drop shipper and are ultimately responsible for the products you sell on behalf of the xxx Chinese company. Drop shipping is a dangerous business especially when the items are coming out of China.

Quit dropshipping that junk from China, most of their stuff is counterfeit.

     I don't believe there is any issue with you naming the actual company in your post. This may in fact be a heads up for other sellers and they may wish to take pro-active measures to pull any of their questionable listings.

If you continue to sell fakes, yes, ebay will probably take action. Usually, they more chances than many sellers should get. 

My suggestion is to end any listings for items that you can't be sure are 100% authentic and in the future, when buying for resale, buy from trusted and dependable sources.

Your items are currently still listed.  Chances are your account is under review, but to be honest it is doubtful they will re-instate it.  Counterfeits are a big problem on many e-commerce sites.  They violate copyright laws.  In the US if you make or sell counterfeits, you can go to jail.  A family member of mine did years ago for selling fakes.  Something tells me your vendor did not divulge to you that these were not authentic.  As others have posted here, China is the counterfeit capital of the world and they are starting to crack down on them.  You will probably not go to jail, I'm not trying to scare you...but more than likely Ebay will close your site permanently.  I'm so very sorry for your experience.  I'm sure this was not intentional.  I wish you well and sending positive thoughts your way.  Take care.

Shows your location as Morocco, drop shipping from China.  (usually junk or fake goods)

You just might have a real problem.   Good luck as I have no idea the laws were you are registered at...
