     You have been on this forum for a whole 7 days and posted a question almost every day, not that there is anything wrong with that. However like other Sri Lanka users you need to learn to use the online help information eBay has available online. 

     Everything tdumonde2014 provided you in the response you already have access to. Try reviewing the help files FIRST then if  you cannot find it ask on this forum. If you don't know how to use the help function from your seller account then that would be a question to ask. FYI you will find it at the top of your seller hub page or you can Google it and Google will take you to most of the eBay help files.

Okay @dbfolks166mt , I kindly accept your advise.. Thanks for making me aware of how to behave in this platform... I asked some questions as I'm a newer to this platform.. Now, I'm little familiar with this platform..

     You are quite welcome. It is not that there is anything wrong with asking questions but most of what you are asking is already available to you in the help articles eBay provides. Everything tdumonde2014 provided you could have easily found by searching the help files.
