eBay Keeps removing the same Authentic items

I am so upset, I had two Kendra Scott  Authentic earrings that I purchase in Dept store I included UPC code full description and so on, photo.. One of the Agent I spoke to told me I needed to removed the word gold Plated on the Title because the "AI" removes automatically when it read "Plated" So I appeal  both listing that were removed and included photo of tags and double check on upc.Lookup to make sure item was Authentic and they were, the other Agent said you need to remove the word "Black & White" from the title? I relisted item under new photos new item # and did not include "Plated" or "White Black" Both listing were removed shortly after. After speaking with 3 different Agents I finally was transfer to Alex in Trust Safety Dept. he said appeal again and this time include proof of purchase which I did, he said because my price were much lower than other sellers on same items , it's a red flag and listing gets removed, I told him I have a Black Friday Sale going on it's the Holidays I reduce my price by 15%-30% to move my items-Really?What kind of nonsense is this? Why are they using "AI" or incompetent employee to determined if item is Authentic when I have all the necessary documentation listed on my listing-Now I am awaiting to see if the second appeal goes through, and I have 4 violation that are valid according to eBay ( which is faults)and there is a chance of my store getting suspected after 15 years of being on eBay! What the hell is going on

DO not risk suspension by relisting, go sell these items somewhere else.

I agree with rfm. You are putting your entire account in danger by relisting them. You could get permanently suspended for relisting something they have identified as not authentic. Good luck.

What the bots do is not know to anyone other than the programmer who wrote them.

You are playing Russian Roulette with your account by trying to psych out the bot. Do not trust Ebay employees for wording changes.

Sometimes due to political logistics there is no way for eBay to tell you why a certain item cannot be listed, so they must tell you something else.

I typically just take it as something that is positive, as in I assume eBay is just trying to help me out but cannot tell me why.. so they just tell you that it was due to a policy violation.

You can talk to customer service and get 50+ different responses.

A photo(s) say a 1000+ words.

Just eliminate the words. 

Most buyers are smart enough to know what the item is.

Wondering if photo(s) had the words on a tiny piece of paper in the photo...bet artificial intelligence wouldn't catch that yet...

Well, its too late I did appeal and provided proof of my sales receipts, upc code, tags ,product photos since I was told by Supervisor in the Trust & Safety Dept. and still the second appeal was denied. I will not be relisting. Hopefully they will not suspend my account for I have done no wrong.

I have tried to send out a email to the Vero Dept , with attachment's but still no reply.

This is what happens when investors think "AI" is the way to go to save money, yeah right, "AI" are  terrible when it comes to helping eBay Sellers. eBay Does not care and I am tried of  being lied to . Hopefully I will be able to keep you posted. Thank you for your time.

Was this a Vero take down or just an ebay removal?   This makes a big difference.

This was eBay removal, I did sent out email to the Vero Dept as well, never received response.

After being denied 2 twice 3 days later I receive another email from eBay letting me know that they had made a mistake and that I could relist but to include  a photo of the sales receipt on my listing!!! Are you kidding me?I honestly feel we are dealing with "AI"

I will not be relisting these 2 items. Now I feel I need to list my Authentic items at a higher price because if I list lower or have sale it is consider "red flag"  and will be removed by eBay when they are lower in price than my competitors- this to me does not make any sense.

Do not relist until the matter is resolved.

If a VeRO take down you can fight it, as you have a legal right to resell an authentic legally obtained item as long as you don't otherwise infringe on the owner's rights, or have a contract with the company agreeing not to. Companies can not legally have ebay remove an item just because the don't want you selling it on ebay. Unfortunately some abuse VeRO and do it anyway.

However, if this wasn't a VeRO complaint, but an ebay take down, you have a problem. Ebay appears to be doing more and more of this sort of thing against sellers of various products without giving them any recourse whatsoever to appeal it. The best you could do is have your attorney send a letter to ebay's legal department, but hardly worth it for a single item.

Obviously ebay is trying to protect against counterfeits, but at times seems to not be applying the take downs fairly to all sellers. I suspect if this practice continues to escalate, some public advocate or news group is going to call them out on it.
