eBay Is Auto-Generating Multiple Business Policies

Whenever I choose my default shipping option for any new listings, it auto generates a new shipping policy and will not allow me to change it. When I try to change it back, it just auto changes it right back to the newly created policy. So as of yesterday, I am unable to make any new listings. Yes I have deleted the new policy, but it just keeps recreating it.

It is doing this on both the website and on the app.

 

With all my other recent issues, I am so close to quitting this platform.  Please Help.

I think we're  experiencing this too. I've been trying to change the quantity on some items and get the message "ShippingService cannot be revised if the item has bid or active Best Offers or is ending in 12 hours."

I went to check check the Shipping Policies and I see a new one "Calculated: USPSParcel free, same business day (243838878017): with 13 items assigned to it. So I looked at my default policy and it looks like USPS First Class Package International was removed as one of our services in the policy and it's blank in that field. When I tried to change it back to USPS First Class Package International, I received the message that there was a duplicate shipping policy and wouldn't let me save it. So, of course, the new auto-generated template has the service in there. What the heck? I only have 5200 listings on the default policy. Why would you remove a service out of our default template?

 

Of course, I try to move the items on that newly created policy to the default, they don't all move. Tried removing international shipping in that new policy so that I can put it back on the default.  But that's not working as of now. We have most items setup to auto send offers, so we'll probably have to remove all offers from all items and wait a couple days without sending any offers so that we can move those items as well as changing the default template back. Thanks for breaking things eBay! Woohoo. Will update once I know it's worked.
