eBay File Exchange

Hi there,

I am setting up my templates for bulk upload using eBay File Exchange.  Although the documentation is very helpful it doesn't cover all available fields in a listing.

I want to add "Offer Local Pick Up" and "Sell Internationally With The Global Shipping Program" to my upload file.  Can anybody tell me what are the field names, what the valid entries are and if there are any field dependencies for these two elements?

This should get you started....

On page 91 of the File Exchange Advanced Manual are fields:

    ShippingService-1:Option --> Pickup
    ShippingService-1:Cost --> 0

On page 108 of the manual is the value "Pickup" .

On page 71, if local pickup is your only option, then

   DispatchTimeMax -->  -1

Sorry, but I have never used the eBay option to allow the pickup of items. I will look at this, but the above info by ShipScript looks good.

For TimeDispatchMax, See page 88 of the Instructions. a value of '-1' would be used to specify pickup of items, locally.

Note that if you do wish to use the GlobalShipping option on the same item listing (for international buyers), you will also need a 'Flat' rate shipping option. The item will have to be shipped to the global shipping center in Kentucky. This becomes problematic, and I am unsure how to advise here. The issue is that you will specify -1 for DispactchTimeMax (for pickup), but there is not another field to specify the dispatch time to ship to Kentucky. This is important to your account shipping metrics.

You might talk to the Advanced Apps team to resolve this. Please let us know what they suggest?
