Anyone asking you to text or call them are scammers like 99.99999% of the time. You can ignore them and report them.
Feedback doesnt mean much when your accepting an offer or selling an item. People with high feedback will scam you. People with low feedback will scam you. If you dont feel comfortable selling an item to someone with low feedback than dont.
Only thing I look out for are shady addresses or people asking me to update/change the shipping address because it was wrong. If you sell high ticket items this will happen almost everyday.
If you click on "All received feedback" you should be able to see their feedback. It shouldnt be blank. Looks like to me your only reading the "received as buyers" or "received as sellers" feedback.

Yes what @perrance78 said. Those are ALWAYS a scam. So don't respond to them. Always keep all your communication with any buyer in the Ebay email system.
FB isn't as big of a deal. There are lots of people that just don't even leave it anymore. Both buyers and sellers. And buyers can only get positive FB, so it isn't going to tell you much. You get a better feel for a buyer by looking at the tab on their FB page "Feedback left for others". There you will be able to tell if they do leave FB and if they do, what kind. It can be very informative.
