My anxiety arose when I seen our invoice from earlier today. We were invoiced $97.59 as expected but it didn't get deducted from the balance that we owe. It shows up in our fee balance that we were invoiced as well but the amount of fees that it shows on our balance is completely wrong. Our "New activity not yet invoiced" shows that we owe over $100 compared to the $11 that it should show, knowing we have an invoice payment due this billing cycle.
Please help, thank you

2nd: Per eBay's Fee Deferred Program fine prints, it seems like the earliest you will see deferral is on the 30 April 2020 invoice.

Yes, we were accepted into the deferral program and I'm beginning to think that is what the issue is based around. According to the invoice, I am still being charged this month, which isn't what I am skeptical about. (the link you gave gave me a more clear idea of when the deferral takes place)
Here is what gets to me; My regular invoice for March 1-31st was issued earlier today. However, the amount invoiced somehow added onto the current fee balance. Now, even though we received last month's invoice through email, still owe the amount invoiced + the fees tacked onto this upcoming cycle, almost like the invoice never happened. That's what is confusing me the most.

My personal choice was to avoid the defer program because in the end you have to pay twice as much i.e. you need to pay invoices worth two months at once. I rather use the one time payment option and pay several times a week from sales to keep the invoice low. Then all the rest of the sales money is mine to spend.

What you said isn't 100% accurate but we are aware. Just was struggling with money this month so figured it was the perfect opportunity to try the program out. The fees after the invoice was applied that are showing on our seller account aren't even correct, not even close. Happened only with this current invoice, after getting approved for the deferral program. Just want to know what is going on. I hope this is just a mistake as of now! Happy selling!

Are you saying that your invoice that was due for payment mid March didn't happen. The payment isn't showing? or that you didn't make the payment?
Or are you saying you see that you have fees that are on your account for April 1st through 4th? Those fees would not yet be due for payment, the ones for April. But your fees for March would be.

Probably another glitch I would contact eBay more than once to sort it out. I still prefer to pay my fees every day or two I find it easier than coming up with a large sum in one hit. For instance last month I had to pay $1500 in fees and it was much easier paying every time it was about to hit $40. The big addition in my fees is usually the store subscription every 17th of the month for me. I have to be careful not to overspend from sales.

i.e
New Activity applied to the latest invoice noted above: −US $97.59.
New activity not yet invoiced: US $107.86
It is still counting March's fees onto this month's it seems. We did not make a payment yet but the amount that isn't invoiced yet is completely wrong.

UPDATE:
I notice this in the fees for this upcoming cycle. The amount shown in the screenshot was the exact amount that was applied in our most recent invoice earlier today. It has now been clear that the deferral program has somehow added that same amount that was invoiced and dragged it over to the next cycle.

I was approved my seller fees was almost $800.00 this month. They took $235.00 payment and deferred all the rest as promised soooo now my next bill that has not been invoiced yet is already at over $860.00 AGAIN for next month's bill!!!

Ebay did explain this. Did you not read what you were signing up for?

Seems very odd at first but you don't actually pay an invoice the month you are accepted as that amount gets stacked onto next month's invoice.
ie;
May invoice = $120 - eBay will put this amount into your fees for next month
June invoice = $120 (INCLUDING NEW FEES)
You aren't paying the $120 that was invoiced, as it is just there for eBay to know how much you owe them.

I prefer to pay my fees weekly so I don’t have a big invoice at the end of the month, especially if you spend all the money from the previous sales and end up not having a lot of sales at the time the invoice is due.
And remember deferred means only you own it later, I don’t think it’s a good idea to used it and moths later you have twice as much to pay on fees.
