I just called eBay support and got zero help so throwing it out to the community.
Could anyone answer these questions regarding an ebay Anchor Store.
1. Is there an option to buy bulk listings over 10,000 like the Enterprise Store?
I happen to have 16,000-17,000 items and I'm going to get killed paying the .05 listing and opening a second anchor store won't help either (which BTW completly distroys any attempt to build a brand on eBay by splitting inventory between two stores).
2. Is the final value fee any different for a store owner for Entertainment Memorbilia (if you can belive it support could not tell me what the final value fee for that category with a store is).
3. Can anyone describe the added value of having the dedicated customer support you get with the store. Do you get a rep or a consistent and knowledgeable support person (again, when I called eBay support they were no help and basically said there was no additional benefit)
