I've been a seller for many many years on Ebay, purchase new items directly from vendors at wholesale, sell them retail. I have an EIN, an Ebay store and have done business on Ebay as (what I thought) a business. I just noticed today (looking for something else) that my account is an individual account, not as a registered business account. What's the difference?
All of these years I've qualified for and received Top Rated Seller status...promotions, etc...
Are there any advantages to becoming a business seller?

That really doesn’t explain the difference. The only difference I noted in that explanation is you can sell under your business name. The rest of the link is fluff and not explanatory. No wonder people keep asking.
