Dear Community Members,
I am reaching out to share my ongoing struggle with a prolonged eBay account restriction, despite maintaining a Top Rated status, a strong history of positive feedback from customers, and resolved Item Not Received (INR) cases.
Despite my account's solid reputation, with 324 positive feedbacks and almost no negative feedback, it has been unjustly restricted for over 6 months. The restriction persists despite all INR cases being resolved in my favor, demonstrating my commitment to resolving buyer disputes promptly and fairly.
Despite my consistent track record of providing excellent service to buyers and resolving disputes in a satisfactory manner, the restriction remains unresolved. I have exhausted all available avenues for appeal and communication with eBay's customer service team, yet the restriction persists without any clear explanation or resolution in sight.
I am reaching out to the community in the hopes that someone may have encountered a similar situation or can offer guidance on potential next steps. If you have experienced a prolonged eBay account restriction, resolved INR cases, or have any insights or advice to share, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
Your support and input would be invaluable in navigating this challenging situation. Please feel free to respond to this message or reach out to me directly.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely, Jawad Ahmad

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem.
Please be aware that Ebay has not evaluated sellers using their feedback numbers for a few years now, but congratulations on the excellent FB that is a great job done.
Ebay changed the policy on INRs back in July of last year for international sellers. With your high rate of unresolved INRs that is likely your issue with the policy.
I respect that this has got to be very difficult for you. But no one here can help you with this. You have to work directly with Ebay to resolve the issue.
I wish you the best of luck !!!
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

You were caught up in eBay's Bad Buyer Experience initiative. Despite the INR's being resolved in your favor, those buyers had to file cases which are bad buyer experiences.
I have not heard of any sellers being reinstated from the posts I have read here.

Sorry for you situation. It looks like you haven't sold in a while. Were you drop shipping those items? Were your customers receiving them from your eBay site or another site? From what I have been reading here on these boards in the last year or so, many sellers from your area are being suspended due to retail arbitrage & that's the against eBay policy and a big violation. Your feedback states many customers did not receive their items which is not a good thing. BBE. So your feedback isn't as good as you say it is.
I would take the advice that @mam98031 provided for you and contact Facebook for business. They may be able to advise and help.
Good luck to you!

Dear "ckimodog",
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my message and offer your insights. I understand your concerns regarding my situation, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify some aspects of my selling history.
While it's true that I haven't sold on eBay recently due to the account restriction, I want to emphasize that my selling history on the platform has been positive overall. Prior to the restriction, I maintained a Top Rated status and received 324 positive feedbacks from satisfied customers. While it's unfortunate that some customers may have experienced delays in receiving their items, it's important to note that the vast majority of transactions were completed successfully and resulted in positive feedback.
Regarding your question about drop shipping, I want to clarify that I have never engaged in retail arbitrage or violated eBay's policies in any way. All items sold on my eBay site were sourced legitimately, and customers received their items from my eBay store.
I appreciate the suggestion to contact Facebook for business advice, and I will certainly explore that option. However, I remain hopeful that eBay's support team can assist me in resolving the account restriction and allowing me to resume selling on the platform.
Once again, thank you for your response and understanding. I remain committed to resolving this issue and appreciate any support or guidance from the eBay community.
Best regards, Jwdcreation

You have multiple feedbacks saying you cancelled buyers orders. BBE or not, multiple out of stocks defects is a death sentence for any seller’s account.
