My account has been restricted due to a Negative Feedback from a customer I was selling Good products to. Done About 8 moths ago I tried many times to get my account back. but could not get it. I got interested in eBay again because a friend of mine told me that his shop business grew by 50% because of eBay. How can I get this Account?

Hi @dissanayakeshop Sorry to hear about your trouble. Do you still have the message eBay sent you regarding your suspension? It would be very helpful to see it.
One thing i can assure you, eBay does not use feedback to monitor or evaluate seller performance. So that was not the reason for your suspension. But we need to know what the reason was.
It is the middle of the night here in the USA, so be patient, people will respond to your post in a few hours, if not sooner. So hang in there.

Once you are restricted it's doubtful eBay will re instate your account. Looks like you were drop shipping from China and perhaps maybe your items were slow to arrive if they did at all. Feedback is seldom the reason. It's about customer service and staying on top of your inventory. Were you out of stock at any point? Is this the account that was restricted? Hard to tell.
I can only wish you well with future career opportunities.
Good luck.

Yes,I Have shipped goods from Sri Lanka as well as chine, and my shops are also in countries like USA'Japan. and can onlyship from Sri Lanaka. I had received an order after one of my products was out of stock and I told him that it was out of stock and then he gave a negative feedback. after that my account was restricted.

So sorry friend. Being out of stock and more than once can be the kiss of death here on eBay. It is important to stay on top of your inventory and since you don't have it in your possession, it's hard to know what you have and what you don't have. Drop shipping seldom ends well if you are inexperienced at selling. Others here will tell you the same.
Again, good luck to you.

Thank you @dissanayakeshop for posting the message from eBay.
Although your suspension came on the heels of the negative feedback, that was not what actually caused you to be suspended. Sadly, eBay does not always share the specific reasons for their actions, leaving sellers to guess what the problem was.
I do not see any negatives on this account, so it looks like you were able to get it revised to a positive. Good job! But like you, we can only guess what might have been the issue that led to your loss of selling privileges. Too many Out of Stock results can get a seller shut down.
Using dropshipping as a business model can be risky if the supplier cannot fill orders in a timely fashion. Dropshipping can be lucrative, but it removes the seller’s ability to control both shipping and quality control. Unfortunately, it is the seller who gets penalized by eBay when the supplier makes errors. The seller pays the price for the supplier’s mistakes. Could this have been your experience—Late shipping or Out of Stock cancellations?

eBay's reasoning is that if they were specific, they would be providing clues as to how to dodge violation detection and enforcement actions.
