Bought an item that was supposed to be from a Florida seller,turns out they are in Azerbaijan,north of Syria and item is being drop shipped.Item was damaged in shipping and was sent back to shipper before it even made it to my house.Where is my refund going to come from.Also  shipping service is Aquiline,never heard of it.

Refund will come from the seller.

Open eBay claim after 'estimated date of arrival'.

I wouldn't respond to seller's emails at this point.

Go to your EBAY purchase history and select "did not receive item".   EBAY will force seller to refund (purchase price + shipping).

If that doesn't work you can always go to your credit card company and ask them to "reverse payment".
