does an offer include shipping?

I have make an offer on some listings.  All of my listings have a separate shipping charge.

I just got an an offer and the shipping charge is not showed on it.

It seems to me that I have gotten offers before that do show the separate shipping as additional to the offer price.

Should I assume that the offer includes the shipping or that the buyer's offer is in addition to the shipping?  Thanks.

Be sure the buyer has not added a message to offer that says, free shipping, or shipping included as I have read this can happen.

If you have shipping listed, that is not supposed to be affected by the Best Offer.  It says right on the form that best offers do not include shipping.  But there are those who try for it anyway.

This has come up before so a little note to the buyer might be helpful

The shipping charge on the listing does not change when you accept offers and is not included in that offer.

So it is the offer accepted plus the original shipping that was stated in the listing.

Offers do not modify the shipping as described by the listing itself.
