You might have an echeck - they are often entered as Pending. Paypal will wait until the echeck clears and you have the money before they say OK to ship.
DO NOT ship until paypal says to shp. And as was said above - go to your paypal account directly by entering the address OR from ebay's transaction on your myebay sold page and not through a link from an email. emails can be faked.
With echecks, the scam is that the buyer sends an echeck and hopes that the seller will see the notice about pending payment and just ship their item to the buyer. The check will bounce since there was never any money and the buyer gets a freebie and the seller is out. Ocassionally if the seller is slow to ship, the buy-uh-scammer will send the seller a fake paypal email that says ok to ship to get them shipping.

I don't know if it's still the same but if the buyer pays with an e-check there isn't even a 'ship to' address on the paypal payment UNTIL the e-check clears. That's why it's a good idea to ONLY send to the address supplied with the buyers paypal payment~~if there is no payment or no ship to address, don't ship it.

99.99% of Ebay transactions go off without a hitch so the odds really are in your favor. Just keep checking paypal to see if you have been paid and dont ship until MyEbay/Items Sold shows the littl dollar sign $)

How long should I wait before I can relist if the transaction goes sower? Which I have a feeling it will ,because it says that the user is no longer a registered.

You'll have to wait it out.

Does it say the buyer is NO LONGER a registered member or does it say the buyer IS NOT a registered member? There are many buyers who buy as a guest and are not registered members. You will have to wait 2 days after the auction ended (48 hours) and file a non paying bidder case. Then you have to wait an additional 4 days(96 hours) giving the buyer a chance to pay. Then you can close the NPB case and relist the item if the buyer hasn't paid or offer it to the runner up. Many times the runner up has moved on so is no longer interested in your item so you can relist it.
DO NOT contact the person who made an offer~~by the time your NPB case is closed their offer has expired anyway. If you are willing to accept their bid you can contact them ONLY after the NPB case is closed.
