Did you mean:

customer cannot pay

I'm a seller located in Paris, a client from Malaysia wants to buy our product, but he can't pay. What is the problem?

@houlux

Most likely it is a customs issue and the item cannot be exported to their country.  I would check it out.   Malaysia has very strict customs restrictions.

It looks like you are only specifying shipping to the USA (not even France) so only buyers in the US can complete checkout and buy your items.

You would need to add shipping specifically for Malaysia.

     Can you provide a bit more information? Which product. I looked at several of your items and you appear to offer international shipping so it could be an import issue.

     Curious which item you looked at. I took a look at the following and shipping to Malaysia is possible. Although I am not sure I would want to sent a $3K bag from France to Malaysia.

@houlux , a bit more detail would be really helpful.  What does "can't pay" even mean?  Do they get an error?  Do they get a message stating you need to do something?

Most of the time this is going to be on their end, but without knowing what's actually happening we have no clue how to help.
